    The Friend That’s Like Family

    I don’t have many friends who like children. And the ones that do, all live far away, so it’s hard to connect with people sometimes who don’t like/understand kids. Personally, I don’t understand how you can’t like them, seeing as we were all once kids ourselves… I mean, had our parent’s had the same thought process we wouldn’t be here… but nevertheless, each to their own, it’s just refreshing when that friend that comes to visit wants to see your child too.     LET’S DO THE TIME WARP AGAIIINNN! and again… and again…

    WELL! I’ve officially had my Rocky Horror cherry popped! Abi, Dave and I went to see it today, and it was AWESOME!!! We couldn’t find anything yo wear… so just turned up casual. To be honest, it took me a while to get the plot because I was just finding it all so funny that I didn’t care what was going on! Pleasant surprise was seeing Ben from A1 and Joanne Clifton from Strictly as Brad and Janet, and of course, Duncan James as Frank-N-Furter! He was FABULOUS!!! Charming as usual at Stage Door!     Motherhood.

    Mother’s Day is usually a bit of a tough one for me, seeing as I am estranged from mine. Very long story short, she and I didn’t see eye to eye on a lot of things, but when it got to the stage where it was starting to interfere with my pregnancy I had to let go. That was hard.
